The electric control method consists of electric powered handle box,electromagnetic braking motor and take care of swithetc.The upward and downward motion of suspended system is managed by two electromagnetic braking motors.
Protection
If in any abnormal circumstance,crisis braking can be executed to make certain basic safety,that is to press the crisis brake change on the panel of electric management box so that the general contactor KM1 loses electricity,the motor is electrical power off and the hoist stops managing..thermal relay can bu energy-off automatically.
Power source
The power source adopts 3-phases and 5-wire technique in which the five-core cable of two.5mm2 is heading by way of Q1 electrical power socket to handle box,which is powered on by three-phases leakade breaker.
